Porsche Is Bringing Back The Iconic Apple Livery—And It Looks Perfect

When a pair of Porsche 963 race cars hit Laguna Seca this weekend, they'll be wearing a special Apple Computer livery. The retro look pays homage to the livery worn by the customer-owned Porsche 935 K3 from 1980, which competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. And it is absolutely beautiful.
The one-time livery design also celebrates two 2026 milestones: Porsche’s 75th anniversary and 50 years since Apple’s founding. Apple’s iconic and colorful logo is on the roof, with the company’s bold colors accenting the fenders, hood, bumper, and fin.
Porsche 936 With Apple Livery
The two Porsche 963s will race on May 3 in the fourth round of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, competing in the GTP class. Apple’s vice president of Apple Music, Sport, and Beats, said:
