The Fiat barchetta coupé you've never seen
Many Fiat icons, some never seen before, are on display at the Stellantis Heritage Hub from 15 November 2024 to 4 May 2025
The Stellantis Group's Heritage Hub in Turin is hosting from 15 November to 4 May 2025 the temporary exhibition 'Unusual and Surprising Fiats' opened in conjunction with the corresponding exhibition '125 years Fiat - Modernity Through the Fiat Imagination' at the MAUTO (National Automobile Museum of Turin).
For the occasion, truly unique examples were pulled out of the company's garages, some never shown before, such as the Fiat 520 (1927-1931), the Fiat 100 (Prototype 600, 1955), the Fiat Scia (1993 Concept), the Fiat Vanzic (1995 Concept Electric), the Fiat Panda Militare Steyr Puch (1986-2003) and the Fiat Uno Turbo Trofeo (1985-1994).
The price to see them all? Purchase a ticket for the Heritage Hub inside Mauto, which costs €24 for adults without concessions, €15 for adults with concessions and €10 for children aged 6 to 18.
Innovation
According to Fiat, the exhibition is dedicated to all car enthusiasts, families and especially youngsters and is based on three themes for three groups of cars: innovation, efficiency and fun.
The first group includes some of the vehicles that have always been synonymous with change for the Turin-based manufacturer, such as the Fiat 520 (1927-1931), one of the company's first cars to adopt a six-cylinder engine, or the Fiat 100 (1955), the prototype of the first generation Fiat 600.
Alongside them, there is also the Fiat Scia Concept (1993), the prototype with futuristic lines and innovative technical solutions, flanked by the Fiat Vanzic (1995), also an electric concept that imagined a future in which zero-emission cars would dominate the city, and the much more modern Fiat Trepiuno Concept (2004).

Efficiency
The theme of efficiency, on the other hand, is represented by some of the cars that have made the new materials their real workhorse.
These include, for example, the Fiat 500 'C' Giardiniera Legno (1948-1953) with a wooden body, the Fiat Campagnola AR 51 (1951-1974), the rugged off-roader that served in numerous conflicts and peacekeeping missions, the Fiat 600 Multipla (1956-1967), one of the first MPVs in history, the Fiat Panda Militare Steyr Puch (1986-2003), one of the first military-purpose versions of the iconic Panda 4x4, and the CNG-powered Fiat Multipla Bluepower (1999-2010).

Fun
The last theme is that of fun, represented in the exhibition at the Stellantis Heritage Hub by some iconic sports models.
These include the Fiat Uno Turbo Trofeo (1985-1994), the sportiest and highest performance version of the hatchback destined for motor racing, and the Fiat Barchetta Prototipo Coupé (1995), a 'closed' version of the iconic spider from the 1990s.

Not to be missed is the Fiat Panda Jolly (2004), a modern reinterpretation of the famous beach car, the historic Fiat 500 Jolly, pioneered by the Centro Stile Fiat as an exclusive version of the Panda and characterised by an open design with no doors and an interior clad in water-resistant materials.
But that's not all, the hub also features the Fiat 500 Versione Barbie (2009), the shocking pink 500 dedicated to the 50th birthday of the famous toy doll, and the Fiat Qubo Spiaggina (2012), a version designed for use at the seaside as a recreational van.
