Enzo to F80: The Fastest Cars Around Ferrari's Fiorano Test Track

Fiorano is a huge part of the Ferrari legend. Opened in 1972, this is Ferrari’s private test track, located within factory gates, right near Enzo's old office. Directly in the heart of Maranello, this is where Ferrari has shaken down its road and race cars for decades.

Measuring just under 1.9 miles in length, Fiorano is a tricky little circuit with a relatively long straight and a couple of high-commitment corners. It also got a crossover bridge, where the fastest cars are known to catch a bit of air as they come over the rise.

Every year, Ferrari’s road cars get quicker, and often, their benchmark is a Fiorano lap time, which the company’s chief test driver, Raffaele De Simone, sets. Naturally, the quickest Ferrari to date is the F80, which set a blistering 1:15.3—4.4 seconds quicker than its predecessor, the LaFerrari. 

Going all the way back to the iconic Testarossa of the 1980s to the just-announced 849 Testarossa, here’s every Ferrari road car’s Fiorano lap time, from fastest to "slowest" (as of September, 2025).
