2016 Chrysler 300 Limited AWD | Why Buy?

This 2016 Chrysler 300 Limited AWD was actually the subject of the very first Why Buy? video we filmed here at Motor1. That means it was January, in Michigan, and it was all of 14 degrees outside for the majority of the day. Consider those two sentences my long-winded explanation for my very red cheeks. 

But hey, the snowy week proved a great background against which to test the 300’s all-wheels-driven setup. Largely the car felt good and planted on slippery surfaces, and was able to push through the white stuff insofar as its ride height wasn’t a limiting factor (even during Michigan’s winters, most days this isn’t an issue). 

Another thing to note about the 300 is that, despite what you may see on the screen, the backseat is actually pretty large, especially in terms of legroom. One of the limitations of the Why Buy? concept is that, well, actual human beings vary quite a lot in size. In my case, that means stuffing a six-foot, five-inch Dutch guy into just about any car makes it seem smaller than it might otherwise. Tall guys take note; regular-size folks take heart.
