Buying a new vehicle is always a balancing act: who you think you are versus who you actually are. However, one TikTok creator struck the balance. And she did it by buying one of the most popular vehicles on the market.

Emmasonne (@emmasonne) posted a short video detailing the car she bought and the reason why. Seated in the driver’s seat of her vehicle, she makes an admission—and it’s all in her ability to take a corner.

Ford Bronco Sasquatch: Buying the Right Car for the Right Reasons

In a 9-second clip that’s been watched over 25,000 times, Emma tells the internet her real reason for buying a Ford Bronco with the Sasquatch package. It’s not exactly because she’s an off-road maniac, but it is because she needs a little height in her life.

“One of the main reasons I got a Bronco, and I got the Sasquatch package, is because I hit a bunch of curbs,” Emma says.

Christopher Smith, writing for this publication, noted that the Sasquatch package “morphs the Bronco into a monster.” The package adds serious off-road capabilities to the full-size vehicle. And starting in 2025, the package was expanded to the Bronco Sport model as well. In short, that means high-clearance fenders, shock absorbers, and on-demand engagement. Basically: bigger tires, better clearance, shocks designed for irregular terrain, and an 11-inch ground clearance.

“It honestly helps me out,” says Emma with a laugh.

Per Ford, the package comes with "Advanced 4×4 with Automatic On Demand Engagement,  Alloy 17” Matte Black Alloy Wheels, 4.7 Final Drive Ratio with Electronic-locking Front and Rear Axle, High Clearance Fender Flares & Suspension, Includes Position-sensitive Bilstein Shock Absorbers.”

In her caption to the video, Emma simply writes “Facts.”

According to Ford’s AI agent, the Sasquatch “is available on the Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Badlands trims of the 2025 Bronco.” Worth noting, the Raptor edition is not eligible for the package because it already comes with 37-inch tires.

Hot Girls Hit Curbs?

Though she doesn’t come out and say it, it appears that Emma is obliquely referencing the meme “Hot girls hit curbs.” The meme, which gained traction circa 2022–2023, calls back to Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hot Girl Summer” of 2019. It’s a lighthearted evolution of the idea that a “hot girl” is unapologetically herself in a fun, not flawless kind of way.

Ford Bronco: One of the Most Popular Vehicles On The Market

Car and Driver says that the Bronco “will make you feel as free and unencumbered as a wild horse as you tear through the woods or leap over sand dunes.” It seems that more than its dizzying array of customization options or its nostalgic retro styling, it’s that rough and ready feeling that’s struck a chord with drivers.

And the numbers bear this out. In April 2026, “Ford said the Bronco outsold the Wrangler in April by its largest margin since its return in 2021,” Autoblog reported. That same source also notes that Stellantis, the parent company of Jeep, does not report monthly sales numbers.

Sales aside, Car and Driver says the vehicle is “a true off-road machine, with a four-wheel-drive system that the driver must engage when going off-road and disengage when getting back onto pavement.”

What do you think?

An SUV that delivers more than cool aesthetics, can go all the way off-road, and can absorb driving hiccups? Seems like a reasonable choice for the curb-challenged among us.
