Toyota thinks about tomorrow's life, including shoes
From the 'energy' guitar to 4x4 trainers, here are the new concepts shown by the Japanese brand
In addition to cars, Toyota could also produce shoes, curtains or 'artificial nails'. It may sound like a suggestion, but in reality the product concepts shown by the Japanese manufacturer seem to be an initial attempt by the brand to enter new sectors.
This first part of the so-called 'e-collection' shown by Toyota includes various types of solutions dedicated to work or simply leisure.
How to live better in the city
We start with the ThinkTent, a compact solar-powered tent that can be set up in minutes to create a small work space, perhaps in a park. Then there is ChirpM8, a digital pet designed to relax its owner, even through a series of sounds such as birds chirping.

AdjusTable
Moving on to slightly less futuristic (but still practical) solutions, there is the AdjusTable, a play on words that highlights the possibility of customising a table in various ways. Thus, you can have a surface for lunch or dinner, work or play with your children.
The guitar that turns music into energy
Among the strangest concepts of all is the DualGuitar. Every strum is converted into clean energy, turning the music into a source to power major household devices.
Straight from the world of off-road vehicles (perhaps the Land Cruiser), there are the AWD Sneakers, the 'four-wheel-drive shoes'. According to the company, these trainers provide extra grip on asphalt and slippery surfaces.

Notification Nails
Finally, Toyota presents Notification Nails, artificial nails connected directly to the smartphone. In practice, the tip of each nail emits a different colour according to the notification received, thus avoiding the need to constantly check one's device.
And that's not all. Toyota assures that more such concepts will be shown in the future.
