Hyundai 2025: All the upcoming models
From the small Inster to the large Ioniq 9 - Hyundai is going all-electric in 2025
Hyundai has an exciting year ahead of it in 2025. The Korean car manufacturer has several important electric models in the pipeline both large and small. We are expecting the debut of the Ioniq 9 and a compact car from the Ioniq family. The market launch of the small, eagerly awaited Inster is also imminent. And as if that wasn't enough, a revised Ioniq 6 is also due to arrive.
Hyundai Inster
Hyundai Inster (2024)
The small Hyundai is to be launched on the market at the beginning of 2025 and is set to shake up the all-electric sub-segment. With a length of 3.83 metres and a cleverly designed interior, the Inster has the size and proportions to get around town, but also enough space and range to get out of it. Two variants are available: 97 PS with a 42 kWh battery and 115 PS with 49 kWh. The latter should be sufficient for a maximum of 220 miles. Prices start at £23,495.

The new Hyundai Ioniq
A more compact Hyundai Ioniq than the Ioniq 5 will be launched in 2025
We don't know its "number" yet, but the all-electric Ioniq family is set to gain a new member in 2025. This will probably be a compact car, possibly related to the Kia EV3. Possibly an Ioniq 3?
The year 2025 will bring more news about the car. If it is the compact brother, it will probably be a C-segment model with a range of at least 280 miles and a list price of around £30,000.

Facelift of the Hyundai Ioniq 6

The Ioniq 6 will probably be revised for the first time in mid-2025. The aerodynamic Korean saloon will receive a comprehensive facelift, which will primarily affect the front end of the model. As can be seen in the rendering, we can expect new, slimmer headlights and a modified "radiator grille" in particular. New equipment and - most likely - a slight revision of the batteries and electric motors are also planned.
However, the most striking innovation within the Ioniq 6 range will be the introduction of the N variant, which is planned for the end of the year. There is no official information yet, but we will probably see the dual electric drive of the Ioniq 5 N here too, with an output of over 650 PS and a very aggressive look.

Hyundai Ioniq 9
Hyundai Ioniq 9
The largest electric Hyundai in the range is over five metres long and closely related to the Kia EV9. It offers space for up to seven passengers and has a rich technical interior.
The Ioniq 9 is based on the E-GMP platform with 800-volt architecture and has a 110-kWh battery that can be combined with three versions with 218 PS, 313 PS and 435 PS power output. The maximum range is said to be around 385 miles in the less powerful version.
