B&B has introduced their new tuning program for the Audi SQ5 TDI.
Described as a "steam hammer," the model has been equipped with an aerodynamic body kit that includes a new front bumper, extended wheel arches and a revised rear fascia. The crossover also has a sports exhaust system, sport springs (which reduce the ride height by approximately 30mm) and 22-inch alloy wheels which are wrapped in Michelin tires.
Under the hood, the twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 TDI can be equipped with three performance packages. The 1K Comfort package has an optimized ECU and a slight boost in charging air pressure. This enables the engine to produce 340 HP (250 kW) and 720 Nm (531 lb-ft) of torque - an increase of 27 HP (20 kW) and 70 Nm (51 lb-ft).
Moving up to the 1K Sport package increases the output to 365 HP (268 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque. Likewise, the range-topping Level 2 package enables the engine to produce 400 HP (294 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque - an increase of 87 HP (64 kW) and 150 Nm (110 lb-ft). This allows the crossover to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 275 km/h (170 mph).
