Ford has unveiled the 2013 F-150, ahead of its launch later this year. It features revised styling and an upgraded interior.
Ford has unveiled the 2013 F-150, ahead of its launch later this year.
Modestly revised, the model features a new grille, restyled wheels and optional high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights. There are also three new exterior colors including Blue Jeans Metallic, Kodiak Brown Metallic and Ruby Red Clearcoat Metallic.
The cabin has a revised instrument cluster (with a 4.2-inch LCD display), the SYNC connectivity system (on XLT and higher-end variants) and the MyFord Touch infotainment system (on Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum and Limited variants). There's also updated upholstery and new wood grain appliqués.
Under the hood, four different engines will be available. Choices include:
- 3.7-liter V6 with 302 hp (225 kW / 306 PS) and 278 lb-ft (376 Nm) of torque
- 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 with 365 hp (272 kW / 370 PS) and 420 lb-ft (569 Nm) of torque
- 5.0-liter V8 with 360 hp (268 kW / 360 PS)
- 6.2-liter V8 with 411 hp (306 kW / 416 PS) and 434 lb-ft (588 Nm) of torque
