A man’s glowing praise of a Queens, New York car dealer has prompted a variegated response online.

TikTok creator N Jacked (@njacked_) gave an overwhelmingly positive assessment of the dealership. As the views rolled in, eventually his video captured the attention of the dealership’s general manager.

Jacked begins his video with a recording of himself standing on a street in the Woodside neighborhood of Queens as he speaks into the camera.

“This is Paragon Honda. So I’m on Northern Boulevard in New York City right now,” he says, before flipping the camera around to show the car dealership. “It literally goes new car, Acura, and used car, all the way to the end. They’re the number one Honda dealership in North America. Top three in the world. They do a billion dollars a year in business, across two rooftops. Two. Most dealer groups don’t even do that.”

“Brian Benstock, who’s like, one of my idols in the industry, he’s the general manager of this store. And also partner, if you’re in the business and you haven’t spent time learning about this man, he’s like the Hormozi of the car business,” Jacked relays, referencing American entrepreneur and philanthropist Alex Hormozi.

“I basically try and replicate his routine to a tee, I’m in the gym by five and every time I hear him on a podcast or listen to something he has to say on the internet, it’s just pure energy and you won’t hear this guy talk negative. This real estate is insane, the more I walk the more I just keep seeing more of it,” says Jacked, whose bio describes him as an Audi brand specialist.

Mixed Reviews

A TikToker whose username indicates they live in New York City also had glowing praise for Paragon Honda. “I’ve been leasing since 2007 with Paragon never an issue,” they commented on Jacked’s post. “If anyone is unhappy it’s because you didn’t do your homework. Salespeople will do what they do. You as a consumer need [to] come with a mind set and a budget.”

Others didn’t have give the dealership such glowing evaluations. “They scheme. Mad stressful when you try to buy a car at Paragon,” one wrote.

“They number one ‘cause they lowball tf outta you and be overcharging on a bunch of mark ups,” another remarked.

“Paragon Honda ripped me off when I bought my first car at 19. Makes sense how they are number 1,” someone else wrote.

One person said bringing their car in for maintenance wasn’t exactly a great time, either. “Service center is horrible. Spent 8 hours there for a simple oil change. Every single time,” they said.

Some purported buyers said they didn’t walk out of the dealership totally satisfied.

One person said they bought a 2025 Honda Pilot and were disappointed to see the vehicle’s dashboard display an “Emissions System Problem” warning fewer than eight months into ownership. They attributed this to why many have lost trust in car dealerships, castigating Paragon’s quality control practices. Another driver said they purchased an R/T Durango. After owning the vehicle for 11 days, they claim the Durango “overheated so bad it cooked the starter.” They also allege that, despite purchasing an extended warranty, Paragon wouldn’t cover the damage.

The dealership responded to both reviews by asking for further details in an apparent attempt to address their complaints.

Every business has its critics, of course, even top-rated ones. Alongside these, there are thousands of happy customers singing Paragon's praises.

Google reviews features over 9,800 assessments of Paragon Honda. Between them, Paragon has averaged 4.6 out of 5 stars. One customer, who gave the sales team 5 stars, praised the company’s “transparent” pricing model and the “calm atmosphere” of its showroom.

Paragon Honda has accrued multiple accolades online.

On Cars.com, Paragon holds a 4.9 out of 5 star rating over 7,900 reviews. The website also ranked Paragon as the website’s 2025 Dealer of the Year. In 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025, the online car purchasing repository gave the dealer its Consumer Satisfaction Award as well.

Paragon Honda General Manager Responds

In the comments of Jacked’s post, Paragon General Manager and Partner Brian Benstock thanked him for his laudatory comments about the business. He clarified that Paragon hasn’t “quite [reached] a billion dollars in sales,” but said he appreciates the compliment.

What do you think?

Benstock also invited Jacked out for “a good 5am workout in the gym.”
