If your 760i doesn't stand out enough

The current BMW 7 Series (G70 series), available since November 2022, is not really known for flying under the radar. To call this car controversial is actually an understatement. Most European eyes will probably never get used to this face, but in China and the Middle East, according to BMW, it's a completely different story.

In any case - and we can certainly agree on this - you stand out when you drive this long vehicle (5.39 metres). And if you feel the urge to attract even more attention (horrified or otherwise)? Well, the tuning situation around the G70 hasn't really been rosy so far. Now Larte Design is bringing a new option into play.

The striking two-tone paintwork is not the work of the tuner. It can be ordered directly from the BMW factory and various finishes start at €12,000 (approx. £10,000). Larte chose a 760i xDrive for this show car, but you don't have to own the top-of-the-range 544 PS V8 to enjoy the new body kit.

This consists of a front spoiler extension "made from high-quality 100% German carbon fibre". There are also side sill extensions, which are designed to improve the airflow along the sides of the vehicle. The new rear diffuser includes side extensions and wings. There is also an eye-catching rear spoiler and - not necessarily the most common of all tuning elements - additional brake lights. Here, Larte emphasises the focus on safety and increasing the visibility of the vehicle. A tuned 7 Series shouldn't really lack the latter, but we welcome the additional lights anyway.

The new bonnet with integrated air intakes is also made of carbon (whether it is German is not mentioned). There are also new mirror caps "made from innovative materials". Also rather unusual: instead of thick aftermarket wheels, the tuner opts for hubcaps, which actually look good on the 7 Series.

Another charming touch: Larte Design includes a picture showing all the components next to the car in an uninstalled state.
