After Porsche, Aston Martin and Mercedes, Bentley is now investing in property, and it's in Miami, Florida, USA.

The British company has announced that it will partner with Dezer Development to build approximately 1,860 square metres of five-star hospitality facilities in the only Bentley branded residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach.

The British designers led the project, working closely with Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects. Their expertise 'shaped' the building and its interior, incorporating Bentley's design in every detail. It is a work of extravagance that follows the current trend for premium car brands to invest in real estate by creating 'branded' buildings.

Super luxury even for pets

Scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2028, Bentley Residences will offer a 'beach resort' style living experience with unprecedented hospitality and amenities. The building will rise to 62 storeys on a beachfront site. Each balcony will have a private heated swimming pool, summer kitchen and ample living space.

In addition, the 'Dezervator' elevator, developed by Bentley's partner Dezer Development, will allow residents to reach their apartments directly from their cars, and a pet spa, designed in collaboration with Bentley Motors and featuring exclusive Bentley details, is planned to provide onsite grooming, washing and drying services.

An exclusive beach club surrounded by greenery and an oceanfront pool overlooking the Atlantic will be complemented by private cabanas where residents can enjoy food and beverage service. The fitness centre will include an outdoor terrace with a yoga studio and sea views.

Each space has been meticulously designed to maximise comfort and luxury, subtly incorporating Bentley's design DNA into every aspect, such as the Tato Cinema, designed to replicate the interior experience of a Bentley car, or the design of the Whisky Bar, inspired by the distinctive Matrix grille.

A trend of the moment

As mentioned above, the most prestigious car brands have been investing in 'bricks and mortar' for a number of years now, with a more than obvious penchant for luxury. The most obvious reason for this is the prospect of earning money through licensing agreements, since skyscrapers adorned with logos that people recognise are up to 40% more valuable than classic alternatives, but also the possibility of expanding their footprint beyond the automotive industry.

As mentioned above, Porsche has done it in Miami and Aston Martin is preparing to do the same, while Mercedes-Benz and US-based JDS Development Group are celebrating the launch of Tower 2 at Mercedes-Benz Places, the brand's first real estate project in the US and one of the largest under construction in Florida.

Since the beginning of 2024, the 100 apartments in Tower 1 have been snapped up in just four days. As the 67-storey building takes shape, the first interior designs of the residential suites have arrived, including the Silver Arrow Lounge. This residents-only rooftop space features a 16-metre swimming pool, a large sundeck and an aesthetic inspired by the classic Mercedes-Benz 'Silver Arrows' racing cars.
