Standard amenities include body-coloured door mirrors and handles, a rear spoiler with integrated brake light, LED lighting, automatic headlights with dusk sensor, and roof rails.
Inside, the vehicle offers reclining and sliding rear seats with a 50/50 split, a height and reach adjustable steering column, heated front seats and steering wheel, climate control, ambient lighting, an automatic dimming rearview mirror, privacy glass, keyless entry with start/stop button, and an electric-opening glass sunroof.
Equipped with a 49 kWh battery, the Inster Cross delivers a maximum power output of 115 PS and offers a range of up to 223 miles on a single charge. Standard features like a battery heating system and high-efficiency heat pump optimise range and charging times.
In the UK, five exterior colours will be available. The Natural Ivory comes at no extra cost, while white is a £300 option. Abyss Black costs £600 and the two Matte colours – Amazons Green and Aero Silver – are an £800 option. The Inster Cross is expected to arrive in UK dealerships by May.
“With its distinct styling and segment-leading technology, Inster is already an exciting proposition. The Inster Cross only furthers that versatility and appeal with its bold design and added features, and continues to showcase Hyundai’s position as an industry leader in electrification,” Ashley Andrew, President of Hyundai and Genesis UK, commented
