As doors open to the Paris Motor Show today, companies like Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia are rolling out all their hot new products. Hot hatchbacks, concept cars – even a few performance crossovers made their way to the City of Light. But as we fawn over these fantastic vehicles from abroad, we come to the sad realization that most of them won't make their way to the U.S.
