2016 BMW M2 | Why Buy?
Is BMW’s best M yet worth bringing home for the long term?
– Detroit, Michigan
The very first thing I ever wrote for Motor1 was this bit of praise for the new BMW M2. Yes, the M2 is the company’s best sporty effort yet, and proof that BMW’s M world isn’t just about slapping badges on stupid crossovers.
But fun as the M2 may be on a winding road, a great sports car is one that can also be used day in and day out. The M2 may be an amazing corner-carver, but how’s it feel when you’re sitting in traffic, or just running to the store to get a couple of things?
Those questions are what led us to take a closer look at the new M2 under our Why Buy? video lens. Have a look at the M2 from a daily-use perspective in the video above.
