A short time ago, we showed you the Dacia Vaner digital van, which caused quite a stir because it was supposed to be the cheapest vehicle in its segment. An ideal solution for small businesses and freelancers to carry out their daily tasks.

Now, the same author of this computer-created van, Andrei Dila, has come up with an all-terrain vehicle for the Romanian brand. And no, it is not based on the Duster, but on the Logan saloon.

A Logan ready for anything!

As you can see in the pictures, the preparation is absolutely brutal because it lacks nothing. At the front, the bumper has been trimmed, wider wings are included, and auxiliary lights have been integrated in the roof. There's even a snorkel.

On the side, there is more ground clearance, oversized wheel arches to accommodate wider tracks, longer suspension travel, and new side sills, plus off-road specific tyres with new steel rims.

A diesel SUV

Moving to the rear, the bumper is unpainted and trimmed, with two integrated tailpipes and a pronounced spoiler on the boot lid. There are also tow hooks, which are also visible at the front of the car.

What engine do we imagine this car to be powered by? We'd like to see the good-old 115 bhp 1.5-litre dCi diesel engine, as it combines good low range torque (ideal for off-road use) with low fuel consumption. A six-speed manual gearbox and all-wheel drive with a multi-plate clutch complete the package for 4x4 enthusiasts.

A 4x4... and a camper

Now that the Suzuki Jimny Pro has disappeared from the European market, it's an excellent time to try to fill its place with a cheap off-roader. A Duster off-roader, like the one shown here, would be a winner for Dacia. Yes, because this digital Logan is just a pipe dream.

What do you think?

Equally, the Romanian brand should enter the camper van world. Digital examples such as the Sandman have created a lot of buzz, which shows people's interest in buying a cheap campervan.
