Those who dream of a job in the automotive world have an opportunity at Rolls-Royce, which has opened its apprenticeship programme for 2025. There are several roles to which you can apply online until March.
Successful candidates will be considered for the final stage of the Assessment Centre at the end of April 2025 and all will receive detailed feedback on their performance. Most apprenticeships, which all take place in the UK, will start in August 2025.
The opportunities on offer
The Rolls-Royce apprenticeship programme allows apprentices to study for nationally recognised qualifications through local higher education partners and offers the opportunity to gain practical training experience in departments and business functions, working alongside experienced colleagues. The proposed roles are:
Level 2: two years, GCSE equivalent
Interior finishing centre
Vehicle production
Industrial sewing
Interior surface centre, wood
Level 3: three to four years, equivalent to A-level
Exterior surface centre
Vehicle paint engineering and maintenance
Metrology
Level 6: four years, equivalent to bachelor's degree level
Production and distribution control (project management)
Technical planning
Interior finishing centre (production engineer)

The selection process begins with filling out the online application form and is followed by an introductory video interview, with pre-recorded questions from current apprentices.
