Expertly crafted using the wood and polished aluminium materials used in full-scale Rolls-Royce cars, this model has it all.

"Envisioned as a celebration of Rolls-Royce design in miniature, the creation of Cameo was a formidable creative challenge. The purity and abstract nature of the form allowed us to distil the fundamental principles of Rolls-Royce style into a playful sculptural piece. Cameo is designed to captivate and delight, allowing our customers to enjoy the unrivalled craftsmanship and artistry of the brand in their own homes." That's how Yohan Benchetrit, from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars' Design Department, describes the beautiful miniature unveiled by the luxury brand ahead of the festive season.

Cameo is an exquisite miniature sculpture inspired by the brand's heritage, capturing the essence of Rolls-Royce cars in their most elegant form.

The silhouette of this unique collector's item is a tribute to the open-top cars built by Rolls-Royce in its early years, while the materials and construction of the model reflect the way cars are handcrafted today at the home of Rolls Royce, Goodwood.

A first-class miniature

The model consists of a series of highly engineered individual parts, carefully and meticulously designed for self-assembly. Made from a number of the same materials as the brand's full-size cars, owners can have a tactile experience of assembling their own Rolls-Royce.

The body is constructed by joining two sections - one in solid oak and the other in polished aluminium - which together recreate Rolls-Royce's iconic two-tone finish. The oak body magnetically attaches to the aluminium chassis, replicating a key stage in the Home of Rolls-Royce assembly process, known as 'marriage', when the body is fitted to the powertrain. This important moment in the creation of a Rolls-Royce car is one that many customers choose to see in person, so it was fitting that this stage of production was mentioned in the Cameo.

Next, the meticulously designed interior is installed: the piece is 3D printed and painted in Rolls-Royce's signature Gracie White hue. Other authentic details include self-levelling wheel covers, which allow the 'RR' monogram to remain upright when the wheels turn. Finally, the driver of the Cameo takes his rightful place in the cockpit, ready to embark on a journey of luxury and style.
