Porsche 911 GT2 RS: Lots of style (and carbon) thanks to Manhart
The German tuner customises a 911 GT2 RS with a special kit. For those who want to dare even more, the Porsche can be increased to 945 PS.
Owning a Porsche 911 GT2 RS is certainly not for everyone. Whether it's the list price or the special editions (we're talking about one of the fastest cars on the Nürburgring), the creature from Zuffenhausen is one of the most exclusive in the world.
However, some people are ready to make their car even more unique, perhaps by turning to a tuner like Manhart. The German workshop has prepared a styling (and enhancement) kit capable of transforming the Porsche into a veritable rocket.
Different levels of 'madness
Manhart offers different levels of enhancement, from Stage 1 to Stage 3, with the possibility of going from the 700 PS of the base model to the 945 PS of the most powerful versions. To achieve this, work is carried out on the ECU and exhaust system, while the suspension and braking system are optimised to handle the increase in power involved.

In the case of the car illustrated, this is a base model, with the standard 3.8-litre twin-turbo boxer engine developing 700 PS and 750 Nm. A choice made by the customer, who preferred to focus on style.
A made-to-measure kit
This Porsche is equipped with a customised body kit comprising a number of carbon fibre components produced by Manhart. These include a splitter, additional air intakes, a spoiler and a dedicated diffuser.

There are also Manhart decals, while the brake callipers and rims on the 21" front and 22" rear wheels are light blue to match the body colour perfectly. The same applies to the interior, with black alcantara and Miami Blue leather upholstery to recreate the same colour contrast as on the outside.
The cost of these changes is not known. The only way to find out is to contact Manhart directly, but we don't think the final estimate is a problem for owners of 911 GT2 RSs, which (second-hand, as the car is no longer in production) can be worth between £300,000 and £400,000.
