Bugatti’s one-off personalization program has unveiled its second vehicle, the FKP Hommage, which honors the original Veyron and its creator, Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Karl Piëch. Built on the W16 chassis, the FKP Hommage is equipped with the quad-turbocharged engine from the Chiron Super Sport, featuring larger turbos, improved cooling, and a reinforced gearbox. This hypercar produces 1,578 horsepower and boasts reimagined bodywork that evokes the modern Veyron’s aesthetic.
The FKP Hommage incorporates modern design elements, such as thin-slit headlights, while maintaining the Veyron’s rounded styling. It features bespoke bodywork and is fitted with 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels. The exterior is a striking red with a silver aluminum base coat and a red-tinted clearcoat, complemented by black-tinted exposed carbon fiber, echoing the Veyron’s iconic two-tone look. Inside, the car includes a unique circular steering wheel reminiscent of the original Veyron, a bespoke center console made from solid aluminum, and a 41-millimeter Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon on the dashboard.
This vehicle is Bugatti’s second one-off car, following the Brouillard, launched last year under the Programme Solitaire initiative. Programme Solitaire, an extension of Bugatti’s Sur Mesure personalization service, aims to produce two unique vehicles annually. The Veyron, which debuted 20 years ago with 1,001 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and a top speed of 253 miles per hour, set the stage for Bugatti’s modern resurgence. The FKP Hommage serves as a stunning tribute to the Veyron, showcasing Bugatti’s ability to create truly unique one-off cars that blend homage with modern innovation.
