Free insurance with Vauxhall Corsa to celebrate 25th birthday

The humble Vauxhall Corsa hatchback is all set to celebrate its 25th birthday this year, and as part of the celebrations the company plans to offer a little present to buyers of the car.

Vauxhall is offering one year’s free insurance and five years of zero percent credit with no minimum deposit via its Flexible Finance package. The offer is open to all buyers of the Corsa, provided they are aged between 21 and 75 and buy a Corsa Energy or Limited Edition model between now and 31 March 2018.

Vauxhall says that its free insurance deal will provide customers with 12 months of comprehensive cover with Vauxhall Insurance Services, which means that in the event of an accident that drivers will benefit from the attention of a repairer officially approved by the company who uses genuine Vauxhall parts.

The company says that customers can take advantage of the deal and even add an extra driver to the policy as long as they meet the eligibility criteria and take out a Vauxhall Insurance policy. All drivers must have held a full UK or EU driving licence for at least one year to qualify for the offer.

The Energy model features an IntelliLink audio system with 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, air con and 16-inch, eight-spoke alloy wheels. The Limited Edition is even higher spec with features including the OnStar personal assistant incorporating a wifi hotspot, VX-line exterior and interior styling and larger 17-inch black alloy wheels.
