Chris Perkins is the Deputy Editor of Motor1. His work focuses on engineering, motorsports, and the people who make up the automotive world. His career started at Jalopnik, where, among other things, he wrote many top-ten lists, and then spent eight years at Road & Track. He currently lives in car-friendly New York City, and spends his spare time tinkering with his 2002 BMW 325Ci.
