Ford is enhancing the accessibility of its off-road trucks for 2027 by introducing two new entry-level trims, Tremor and Raptor, which offer reduced content at a lower price while maintaining their off-road capabilities. The F-150 Tremor is based on the STX and includes features like the steering wheel from the STX. It omits several luxury features such as dual-zone climate control, heated seats, power rear window, and running boards. Additionally, it comes with a six-speaker audio system instead of the eight-speaker B&O setup.

The 2027 Tremor is priced $5,300 less than the 2026 model, which starts at $67,710, including a $2,795 destination charge, bringing the starting price of the Tremor to $62,410. Similarly, the Raptor undergoes a reduction in features, losing elements like the head-up display, power passenger seat, under-seat storage, and fog lamps. The 2kW ProPower Onboard is reduced to 400 watts, and the power-adjustable steering column is replaced with a manual one. The Raptor also features a smaller eight-speaker B&O sound system instead of the 14-speaker setup.

Despite these changes, the Raptor will retain Ford’s 3.5-liter high-output EcoBoost engine, producing 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque, while the Raptor R will continue to use the 720-hp supercharged 5.2-liter V8. Ford has not yet disclosed the full pricing details for the Raptor, so the exact price reduction remains unknown. The 2026 F-150 Raptor starts at $81,800, including the destination charge.
