Nissan is set to unveil a new Skyline, a sport sedan that combines modern design with elements inspired by its past. The vehicle features vertical front lighting and an angular face, while retaining classic round taillights that protrude from the rear fascia. The design, described as “aggressive and modern,” includes the “Skyline” script on the rear fender, reflecting a balance between nostalgia and contemporary aesthetics.

Although the new Skyline will not be available in the United States, Nissan plans to introduce an Infiniti performance sedan based on the same platform. This Infiniti model is anticipated to be sold in America and may carry the Q50 or Q60 badge. It is expected to showcase unique styling for both the front and rear, distinguishing it from the Skyline while sharing the underlying architecture.

Under the hood, the Infiniti sedan is likely to be equipped with a tuned version of Nissan’s twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine. This engine, which generates 420 horsepower in the Z Nismo, is projected to produce up to 450 horsepower in the Infiniti. The Infiniti model will feature rear-wheel drive and a manual transmission, catering to enthusiasts seeking a performance-oriented driving experience.
