Gordon Murray to unveil even more extreme T.33 in 2025
Gordon Murray provides an update on future projects: after the T.33 S, the first model in a new family will be presented in 2028.
New Gordon Murray models are due to be launched in the near future, including an extreme version of the T.33 in 2025. In an interview with Autocar, the British manufacturer's founder gave some important hints about the brand's plans.
This new variant, called T.33 S, will be more powerful than the production model and will be produced in limited editions to complement the range already comprising the Coupé and Spider.
First details
During the interview, Gordon Murray made it clear that the S will have a strong track orientation, but will remain an everyday car. Extreme yes, but not too extreme, with a V12 delivering - in all likelihood - more than 617 PS and which should always be paired with a manual gearbox.

It will be based on the carbon fibre and aluminium monocoque chassis of the standard T.33, for a total weight that should remain under 900 kg. It will be distinguished from the other models by a special aerodynamic package, capable of making the car even more efficient at high speed.
No precise date has been given for the presentation, but the T.33 and the two versions of the T.50 made their public debut at the previous Goodwood Festival of Speed. It is therefore possible that the S will also be unveiled at the 2025 edition in July.
The future already in mind
There is no doubt that the S will also be sold out in a very short space of time, as has already been the case for all the other Gordon Murray cars. In fact, the S is set to complete the company's first cycle, which aims to end model production in 2028.

For that year, the brand plans to present an all-new model based on a completely new architecture. Murray has remained tight-lipped about what we can expect from this new model, although he has said that it will be a completely different style of car. However, the emphasis will still be on the driving experience rather than pure performance, with the V12 engine remaining the star attraction.
Production is expected to be limited to around 100 units, with this platform creating a new family of models that will remain on the list until 2038.
