Nissan's all-new Dark Armor edition, introduced for the 2026 Rogue, builds on the SV trim but injects it with a bold, monochromatic look. This edition features gloss-black accents across the grille, mirror caps, badges, pillar trim, and 19-inch wheels, while satin-black roof rails complete the blackout treatment.
Moving inside, the Rogue Dark Armor brings several comfort and tech upgrades not standard on the SV:
- Heated front seats (faux leather or PrimaTex™ depending on the source)
- Heated, leather-wrapped steering wheel
- Panoramic moonroof
- HD Intelligent Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection (i.e., a sophisticated 360° camera system)
Under the hood, the Dark Armor shares the Rogue's standard powertrain: a 1.5L turbocharged three-cylinder VC‑Turbo engine producing approximately 201 hp (150 kW) and 225 lb‑ft (305 Nm) of torque, paired with Nissan’s Xtronic CVT. Buyers can choose between front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, with the trim positioned between SV and SL both in features and pricing. Fuel economy remains competitive, hovering around 32–33 mpg combined for FWD—slightly lower for AWD versions.
The 2026 Rogue lineup received a modest ~$200 price bump. It now starts at $28,790 (FWD Rogue S), with AWD adding about $1,400 more. Pricing for the Dark Armor variants is not yet confirmed, but it's expected to slot above the SV and below or near the SL trim. Both FWD and AWD configurations are expected to be available
