Wolfgang Durheimer, Bugatti and Bentley CEO and president, has recently commented that the average Bugatti Veyron owner has a quite expensive car collection.

According to him, “the average Bugatti customer has about 84 cars, 3 jets and one yacht”. For comparison, he said the average Bentley owner has only 8 cars. “The clientele between Bentley and Bugatti is remarkably different”, he also stated.

In related news, Bloomberg is reporting the French marque still has around 20 examples of the Veyron left, each of which starts at 1.46M EUR ($1.85M). The same source also says that now VW Group is testing at least three different concepts for a successor of the model.
