The Nissan Qashqai e-POWER earned a Guinness World Records title by traveling 1,230 miles on a single tank of gas, setting the record for the longest journey by a non-plug-in electrified REEV SUV. The test took place in Colombia, from Bogotá to the Caribbean coast, and was verified by Guinness judges.

The result highlights the potential of the third generation of e-POWER, Nissan’s system in which the electric motor always drives the wheels, while the gasoline engine generates energy. Introduced in Europe in 2025, this evolution claims fuel consumption of 52.3 mpg, more than 745 miles of range in the WLTP cycle, 205 hp in Sport mode, and a modular 5-in-1 powertrain designed to improve efficiency and driving comfort.
