A new Lego project featuring a Renault 5 Turbo 3E is gaining momentum and needs your support to reach a review by Lego. The creator, Devon-Bricks, submitted the idea on April 15, and it quickly garnered over 5,000 votes by April 30. Currently, the project has 5,207 votes, with 774 days remaining to achieve the 10,000-vote milestone necessary for a review. Devon describes the Turbo as appealing to both those who remember the original and a new generation drawn to its unique blend of futuristic and retro aesthetics, emphasizing its significance in the future of motoring.

The Renault 5 Turbo 3E made its debut at the 2022 Paris Motor Show and is set to be produced as a limited-run hot hatch. Renault plans to manufacture only 1,980 units of this compact two-door, two-seat electric vehicle, which boasts an impressive 536 horsepower. This EV is designed to deliver thrilling performance, capable of accelerating from 0 to 62 miles per hour in approximately three seconds and reaching a top speed of 196 mph.

Deliveries of the Renault 5 Turbo 3E are anticipated to begin in 2027, providing ample time for enthusiasts to support the Lego kit project.
