Honda has announced the starting price for the 2026 Prelude, which begins at $43,195. The coupe is well-equipped with features such as the Civic Type R’s front suspension, adaptive dampers, brakes, 19-inch wheels, and leather-trimmed seats. The online configurator offers two main options: the Prelude Hybrid and the Prelude Hybrid Two-Tone. The Two-Tone model is $500 more expensive and includes a black roof, but it restricts the exterior color to White Frost Pearl, which is an additional $655, bringing its starting price to $44,350.

The Prelude Hybrid is powered by a 200-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder hybrid engine and does not offer a manual transmission, instead simulating an eight-speed gearbox. Buyers can choose from five exterior colors, with three being free: Crystal Black Pearl, Meteorite Gray Metallic, and Rallye Red. Two optional colors are available: Boost Pearl Blue for $455 and Winter Frost for $655. The interior options include a standard black leather cabin or a blue-and-white combination, which is standard on the Two-Tone trim. The wheels are limited to 19-inch gloss-black, machined-finished alloys for $2,000 extra, which may clash with certain paint colors.

Honda offers four dealer-installed packages on both Prelude trims, including the All-Season Protection Package I and II, Cargo Protection Package, and Protection Package, priced between $370 and $485. Additionally, various accessories are available, such as black door mirror covers, gloss-black emblems, and spoilers. Opting for the Prelude Two-Tone, upgrading the wheels, and adding all available accessories could increase the cost to $48,665. However, a more reasonable specification with Boost Blue Pearl, 19-inch Berlina black wheels, and some visual accessories would total $44,755.
