Pagani has entered the Miami real estate market, offering a unique opportunity for potential buyers of its new Utopia Roadster. By purchasing one of the two luxury penthouses in the Pagani Residences, buyers receive a complimentary Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition,” designed by Horacio Pagani himself.

This exclusive vehicle boasts a bespoke blue paint and is powered by a Mercedes-AMG-sourced twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V-12 engine, delivering 852 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque. The Roadster can reach speeds of up to 217 mph and is available with either a seven-speed manual or automated manual transmission. The penthouses, located on the 28th and 29th floors, are set to be completed in 2027 and feature five and four bedrooms, respectively.

In addition to the car, penthouse buyers will enjoy a trip to Modena, Italy, for a private tour of the Horacio Pagani Museo and Atelier, along with a personal meeting with Horacio Pagani and the Pagani Arte team. They will also have the opportunity to customize their new homes.

For those unable to afford the penthouses, homes within the Pagani Residences start at $3.7 million, though the Pagani Utopia is not included in this price. The development is part of a trend among automakers to build luxury residential towers in Miami, following similar projects by Porsche and Aston Martin.

The Pagani Residences is the latest addition to Miami’s skyline, joining Porsche’s 641-foot tower and Aston Martin’s 818-foot tower, which was the tallest residential building in the city when completed in the early 2020s. Aston Martin’s tower offers 391 residences across 61 floors, highlighting the growing interest among luxury automakers in the Miami real estate market.

The Pagani Residences, with its high-end offerings and exclusive perks, continues this trend, appealing to affluent buyers seeking a unique blend of luxury living and automotive prestige.
