Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) is set to launch its first line of retail performance parts in March, offering Honda and Acura owners the opportunity to enhance their vehicles. The initial offerings will include upgrades for the Honda Passport, Honda Pilot, Honda Civic Type R, and Acura Integra Type S. Jon Ikeda, HRC US’s senior vice president, emphasized that these parts are crafted with the same meticulous attention to detail as HRC’s championship-winning race cars, aiming to elevate the driving experience on roads, tracks, and trails. At the SEMA Show, HRC will preview future prototypes, such as a six-piston Brembo brake kit and adjustable coilovers, but the initial retail products will be available sooner.
Among the first retail products are 19-inch wheels for the Honda Civic Type R and Acura Integra Type S, developed in collaboration with 2elle engineering. These wheels are 0.5 inches wider and 5.5 pounds lighter than the stock versions, with a 55-millimeter offset. Available in gray or bronze, they fit 2023 and newer Civic Type Rs and 2024 and newer Integra Type Ss. Additionally, HRC offers 18-inch off-road wheels made from aircraft-grade aluminum, developed with Titan 7. These wheels have a 40-millimeter offset and a 220-pound higher load capacity than the factory wheels, fitting 2026 and newer Passports and 2023 and newer Pilots, available in black and bronze.
HRC also introduces a stainless-steel cat-back exhaust system for the Passport and Pilot, developed with Borla, which increases exhaust flow by 6.0 percent and features Borla’s “Polyphonic Harmonizer” and “Anti-Drone” technology. This system not only enhances the sound of the 3.5-liter V6 engine but also adds 1.9 inches of ground clearance. The exhaust is capped with HRC-branded tips and is compatible with 2023 and newer Pilots and 2026 and newer Passports. These new HRC parts will be available through Honda and Acura dealerships nationwide and Honda’s online DreamShop starting in March 2027, though pricing details have not yet been disclosed.
