The 2026 Honda Pilot has undergone a mid-cycle refresh, featuring an exterior redesign, a revamped cabin, and more standard features. The SUV now sports a larger, less trapezoidal grille and enhanced front and rear scuff plates available in silver or black, depending on the trim. The 3.5-liter V-6 engine remains unchanged, producing 285 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is optional but standard on the TrailSport, Touring, Elite, and Black Edition trims.

Inside, the Pilot boasts increased screen real estate, with a driver’s display now measuring 10.2 inches and an infotainment screen expanding to 12.3 inches. These screens feature software enhancements, including a simplified navigation app with fewer menus, Google Built-In, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. The cabin has been made quieter with new semi-tempered door glass, door insulators, and a new hood insulator, while the Pilot Touring and Elite models also include enclosed fender liners. The steering feel and feedback have been enhanced by increasing the on-center steering weight and retuning the electric power steering system.

The 2026 Pilot will be available in six trims: Sport, EX-L, Touring, TrailSport, Elite, and Black Edition, with two new exterior colors: Silver Metallic and Smoke Blue Pearl. The Pilot TrailSport will also offer the exclusive Ash Green Metallic. While Honda has not released pricing for the refreshed model, it is expected to be similar to the entry-level 2025 Pilot, which starts at $41,695, including a $1,495 destination charge. This mild refresh is anticipated to have a minimal impact on the MSRP despite the rising trend in new car prices.
