A pristine 2005 Ford GT, once owned by Paul Walker, is currently being auctioned by Bring a Trailer, with bids already surpassing $550,000. This car was part of Walker’s “Always Evolving Collection,” although the listing does not provide detailed provenance. The GT is powered by a supercharged 5.4-liter V-8 engine, producing 550 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque, and features a Ricardo six-speed manual transaxle. Its exterior is particularly unique, being one of only 14 2005 GTs with the Mark IV Red color and no racing stripes, and it includes a Steve Saleen signature on an engine crossmember.

The car has been modified with aftermarket enhancements such as Penske dampers, an Accufab throttle body, an ECU tune, and an upgraded exhaust system. It also boasts aftermarket 19- and 20-inch ADV.1 twin-spoke wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, along with a set of BBS forged lightweight aluminum wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. Despite these modifications, the GT remains mostly stock, retaining factory options like a McIntosh stereo with a CD player, red brake caliper finishers, and ebony leather trim. Additional features include rubber floor mats, keyless entry, air conditioning, and push-button start.

With 3,701 miles on the odometer, the car comes with a clean Carfax report and a clean title. It recently underwent a service that included changing the oil, spark plugs, fuel filter, battery, and mass airflow sensor. The auction of this Ford GT is part of a trend of Paul Walker’s vehicles being sold, nearly 12 years after his tragic death in a car crash. Many of his cars, including those featured in the Fast and Furious franchise, have been auctioned over the years, drawing significant interest from fans and collectors.
