Cadillac styled the Escalade-V to blend in. Larte Design just gave its owners a way to make sure nobody misses it.
The German tuner's Esthete kit for the 2025 to 2027 Escalade-V pairs a gloss-black upper body with a deep red lower body and leaves every added carbon piece in its bare weave instead of painting it.
The factory SUV already carries Brembo brakes and all-wheel drive, and until now, it barely looked any different from a Platinum Sport. The original Escalade-V was deliberately styled as a sleeper from the start.
Larte founder Alexej Janowski built the opposite approach.
Why The Escalade-V Looks Like Every Other Escalade
The facelifted Escalade-V stands apart from the rest of the lineup mainly through its vertical headlights and 24-inch wheels, riding on the same Sport trim. Body width, side panels and wheel arches carry over unchanged across the range.
The visual gap between the V and lesser trims barely registers. The clearest tell for many shoppers is a small V badge on the front doors. The price gap to a Platinum Sport is roughly $44,000, a sum that buys 682 horsepower and not much extra styling presence.
Mercedes-AMG and BMW M Performance buyers expect their top trims to look the part. Cadillac left that call to the owner instead, a decision Janowski describes as a gap Larte was built to close.
"There are owners for whom the sleeper is exactly right, and Cadillac built it well for them," Janowski says. "Then there are the ones who bought the top of the range so that it would be seen. Wanting 682 hp to look like 682 hp is the logic of the purchase. Cadillac had no answer for that owner. We do."
What Actually Changes
The body splits at the beltline, with gloss black above and deep red below so the roof, pillars and hood surround read as one dark mass over the red base. Every Esthete component stays in visible 100% dry carbon, the same uncoated weave approach Larte used on its carbon-fiber kit for the BMW X7.
A vented hood anchors the front end, paired with a carbon grille surround and a splitter carrying integrated light strips. Wheel-arch extensions and side sills widen the long ESV body visually while the wheels stay factory size, so neither warranty nor specification changes.
At the rear, a tailgate trim, a diffuser with four integrated brake lights, quad exhaust tips and an upper spoiler finish the roofline, with every piece using factory mounting points and nothing drilled or cut.
Janowski's team shaped the hood and arches in clay before modeling them digitally, a step he treats as non-negotiable. "A 3D file is precise and it is fast, and it will happily give you a proportion that is wrong," he says. "Clay cannot lie. We will keep modelling in clay as long as I run this studio."

The Escalade-V ESV remains, underneath it all, a family hauler, which Janowski sees as the point rather than a contradiction. "A family car has every right to stir emotion, for the whole family, the dog included," he says.
Buyers get a personal configuration with renders, timeline and pricing within 24 hours, following the kind of made-to-order process Cadillac itself has used with its bespoke customization program for the Escalade IQ. The design work, from clay model to finished carbon parts, happens entirely at Larte's shop in Erkrath, Germany, near Düsseldorf.
