The Koenigsegg CCGT1 is a new road-going Megacar inspired by the 2007 CCGT GT1, a racing project canceled after a change in FIA regulations. Based on the CC850, it features a deeply redesigned body, a huge active rear wing, and aerodynamics capable of generating up to 1,764 lb of downforce at 155 mph. The twin-turbo V8 produces 1,280 hp on regular gasoline and 1,600 hp on E85. The KSS transmission uses nine gears and a sequential control with a clutch for launching, while the six-speed ESS manual is also available. A Track Package adds slicks, a roll bar, racing seats, air jacks, and telemetry. It also debuts the new Ghost Fibre, an evolution of Trevita.
