It makes the Mercedes-Maybach S600 Sedan seem like quite the bargain at $191,300.
Conducting business while on the go has never been so luxurious thanks to Brabus and its new VIP Conference Lounge based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. A follow-up to the namesake van introduced two years ago, the new version has all the possible features you could ever imagine, starting off with the exterior featuring a custom body, bi-xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, 18-inch wheels, heated mirrors, and a lot more.
But it’s the interior that captures the attention with its leather-wrapped heated seats on all rows, an Alcantara-covered trunk, adjustable LED ambient lighting, and a 10-inch tablet. There are also two TVs hooked up to an Apple TV and a Blu-Ray player to fulfill all of your multimedia needs, while between the seats of the third row there’s a removable refrigerator to cool down your favorite and expensive beverages.
Since this is after all a van targeting businessmen, Brabus has fitted the Sprinter with a conference table that can be easily taken out to free up cabin space. No less than six USB ports have been installed to ensure those inside won’t ever run out of battery on their mobile devices while browsing the web via a fast mobile Internet connection thanks to the onboard LTE-compatible router.
To further boost comfort, the Alcantara-covered headliner is home to additional air vents, which can be remotely controlled to easily obtain the optimal cabin temperature. For a more relaxing drive, Brabus has installed an air suspension to soak up any road bumps that would otherwise disturb those inside the plush cabin.
As you would imagine, all these goodies do come at a price, €224,910 (almost $252,000) to be exact. It means the VIP Conference Lounge is approximately $60,000 more expensive than a brand new Mercedes-Maybach S600, but it does have a significantly bigger seating capacity.
