We’ve seen many safari-themed Porsche 911 builds over the years, and it never gets old. This particular car is a 1991 911 Carrera 4 that actually started life as a convertible. Built by TJ Russel of Russel Built Fabrication in California, it has 12 inches of suspension travel and rides on 30-inch all-terrain tires. There’s considerable work to the suspension (obviously) and uses a tweaked version of Porsche’s 3.8-liter air-cooled flat-six to power all four wheels.
