The entire body of the Tesla Cybertruck is made of Ultra-Hard 30X Cold-Rolled stainless steel. Not since the DeLorean have we seen a production car use an all-stainless steel exterior. But the Cybertruck's steel exterior is more than just a design choice: it's structural. It's basically the truck's frame on bare display.

Any DeLorean fan would agree that using stainless steel as a design element is pretty cool, and it also helps Tesla in another department: paint. Paint quality is one area the electric automaker has never quite mastered, and the Cybertruck's bare metal skin means it won't matter.
