Novitec Torado's Lamborghini Huracan Spyder Will Blow Your Hair Back
Aftermarket Lamborghini Huracans look plenty good with a carbon fiber roof. But they all pale in comparison to this lime green beast. Why? Because experiencing aggressive speeds with the top down is just that much more fun. German tuning house Novitec Torado has taken a Lamborghini Huracan Spyder and given it one hell of an impressive carbon fiber aero kit. The kit consists of a front splitter, rear diffuser, spoiler, side intakes, hood vents, and rocker panels. It's all functional, all carbon fiber, and all tested in a wind tunnel. However, unlike the aero modifications you can order from your local friendly neighborhood Lambo dealer, the Novitec ones go beyond just visuals. RELATED: See Photos of the 2015 Lamborghini Huracan
Twin superchargers have been added to the 5.2-liter V10, upping the power output from 'damn that's fast,' to 'mother of god! I'm crying tears of joy!' This Huracan Spyder now has 860 horsepower (up from 602) and 708 lb-ft of torque (up from 413), making it capable of hunting down hypercars.
Novitec also felt that releasing the full potential of the Lamborghini soundtrack was a good idea, so they equipped the car with an exhaust system made of Inconel, a super alloy fit for use on supercars of this magnitude. To safely make the most of all that extra power, they also fitted the car with 20-inch wheels up front, 21-inch wheels at the rear, wrapped them in Pirelli P-Zeros, and dropped the car 35 millimeters.
It's a mean, green, hair-do ruining machine.
