Chevrolet Tahoe "La Reina"
Actually, Hector "Zacateras" Esquivel from Los Angeles had bought the SUV Chevrolet Tahoe (year of construction: 1998) and had paid US$ 2,500 for it in order to use it as an everyday means of transport. However, at some time, he hit upon the idea of turning it into a show car for the lowrider scene with the name of La Reina - The Queen. The result is something to be proud of: Esquivel won the coveted "Truck of the Year" prize offered by the special magazine called Lowrider.
La Reina is driven by a 5.7-litre eight-cylinder engine with a power of 255 bhp. In the interior, Esquivel used parts from various automobiles and he installed an extravagant audio system.
