Dacia are a brand going places, they have already confirmed development of a new SUV, but these latest shots taken in Romania reveal the automaker is currently working on an all new mid-size sedan.

A modified version of the Dacia Sandero platform provides the underpinnings of the new model but with an expected length of 4.6 meters, it will be considerably longer whilst maintaining the same wheelbase. The conservative Logan styling remains on the Dacia sedan which will be positioned above the Logan and although we can only see glimpses of the design cues through the black clad camoflage, we can conclusively say it shows a striking resemblance to the facelifted Logan hatchback we spotted totally uncovered last month.

The new model variant will be launched early next year and will be built in Renault’s renovated factory in Oyak-Bursa in Turkey.
