Mercedes-Benz 380 SEL

From Mercedes-Benz press: The Mercedes-Benz 380 SEL was one of the 126-series S-Class sedans presented in 1979. These were the first Mercedes-Benz cars to have aerodynamically designed bumpers integrated into the body shape instead of chrome plated metal bars. This influenced the design of the subsequent model series. Beginning in 1981 they were also the world’s first production cars to feature airbags as an optional extra.
