BMW M3 Frozen Gray

With the 25th anniversary of the original BMW M3 nearing, BMW of North America announced a limited production run of 30 identically-equipped 2011 BMW M3 Frozen Gray Coupes for the U.S. market, making these a rare find and a part of BMW’s history. Standard on the Frozen Edition, the Competition, Performance, and Premium packages make these limited M3s fully loaded to meet anyone’s standards and fulfill his or her needs.

Each 2011 BMW M3 Frozen Gray Coupe will come in the exclusive matte gray color. At the time, matte paint options were not available from the BMW Individual catalog. With the Competition Package, the M3 comes with 19” Style 395M wheels that widen the car’s stance with a more dramatic offset, a 0.4-inch suspension drop, and a full carbon fiber roof. To compliment the matte gray paint, the window trim has been finished in glass black.

A unique Fox Red and Black bi-color Novillo leather combination along with carbon fiber trim sets this M3 apart from the rest. With the Premium Package, comfort and convenience are at the driver’s fingertips with power seats, voice-controlled navigation, and BMW M3 Assist with Bluetooth. Automatic headlights are also included in the Premium Package.

Powering the Frozen Gray editions is the 4.0-liter, 414 horsepower V8 producing 295 lb-ft of torque. Each Frozen Gay M3 will come with the M Double Clutch Transmission (M DCT) allowing for a quick 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. The top speed is limited to 155 mph. Because the Competition Package comes standard, the Frozen Gray M3’s feature reprogrammed electronic damping as well as a higher threshold for stability control.
