2017 Subaru BRZ Series.Yellow is Definitely Not Mellow
Subaru is continuing its series of special editions with the new 2017 BRZ Series.Yellow. This is the follow-up to the BRZ Series.HyperBlue they released for 2016; all of which come with new colors and features...but not any more power. The not very mellow Yellow.Series has a brilliant exterior paint scheme paired a revised interior trim and black accents. Only 500 of these special editions will be built for the 2017 model year, so if you want this nearly-neon BRZ, then you'll want to get in line before anyone else. Power comes from a new 2.0-liter flat-four with 205-horsepower. Outside, there is special badging so everyone knows your car is different than the rest. The surface of the rear spoiler is also black to add a little contrast to all that brilliant yellow. This BRZ Series.Yellow includes the Performance Package with Brembo brakes, Sachs dampers, and 17-inch, black wheels added to the Limited trim level.
The inside has yellow accents with contrast stitching on the seats, doors, steering wheel, dashboard and even the floor mats and shifter. The grab handles are entirely yellow, too, because what else are you going to do with a car that has yellow in its name?
