Danica Patrick Preps for Daytona 500 with Yoga
There's lots of work that happens before a race to make sure that a driver is ready. They need to have the skill to compete and they need to have the focus to stay calm and focus on driving, not on the excitement of the event. Danica Patrick has found her focus with yoga. Patrick spent some time in a private session at Renew Yoga ahead of Sprint Cup practice session at the Daytona International Speedway so she'll be ready on race day. She qualified 29th for the Daytona 500 and started in 14th for the second Can-Am Duel. RELATED: Danica Patrick Sports Illustrated Swinsuit Shoot
