Watch a Crazy Parade Float with a Working Roller Coaster
The good folks in Bassersdorf, a town in Zurich, Switzerland, got really creative for this parade float. Most floats are content to look good and have a couple of moving parts, but this float doubles as an amusement park ride. It's not just any amusement park ride, but the one at the carnival in the parking lot at the grocery store that your Mom does not want you to see because she's pretty sure it hasn't been inspected in 30 years. Yes, that's the slice of death-defying fun we have on this float. RELATED: Watch Richard Hammond Hold on for Dear Life on the Wing of a Plane
Take a second and bask in its unsafe glory. According to Gizmodo, it's a clearly homemade set of tracks being towwed along by a bright orange tractor while everyone cheers. There's a platform overhead and a wooden tub with what looks like a car seat strapped inside for passengers. We're thinking this passenger is the guy who took one look at this thing and said, "Hold my beer!" before running over for his big chance.
