Floyd Mayweather loves to flaunt all things materiel in his universe. With a nickname like “Money,” it should come as no surprise for him to be constantly posting pictures with bags of cash and his lavish car collection on social media. But we wonder if he’ll post some of his rides now that they have gone up in flames? According to TMZ Sports, part of Mayweather’s car collection was being transported from Vegas to Miami when “something went wrong,” and the truck caught fire outside Phoenix. Little else is given detailing the cause of the blaze. RELATED: Tallying Floyd Mayweather's Car Collection by the Numbers
Caught in the fire were at least two Rolls-Royces, a Bentley and a custom Jeep. You can make out the roll bars of the unfortunate 4x4 in one of the images from TMZ.
Anytime "Money" needs a new car or needs his cars moved, it typically is handled through Obi Okeke (shown below), the co-owner of LA-based Fusion Luxury Motors. Okeke also goes by the name “Dr. Bugatti” and his essentially Mayweather’s personal car outfitter. Neither Mayweather nor Okeke have commented on the blaze.
