This Acura NSX Has No Top and a $50K Price Tag
Always wanted an Acura NSX but crave the feel of the wind blowing through your hair on the open highway? We have the solution. This 1991 Acura NSX has been transformed into a convertible and it can be yours for the asking price of $50K. You aren't going to find this at every used car lot for a couple of good reasons. First, it's a highly collectible car that most people left in one piece rather than chopping off the roof. Second, the safety of a car is a bit suspect when you make this kind of a modification. The vehicle was designed as a coupe so removing the roof has a significant effect on the car's structural rigidity. There were likely measures taken to ensure that the car is still safe, but it's anyone's guess as to exactly what was done to compensate for the missing roof. Nothing is mentioned in the listing over at Choice Auto Center in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
It's worth noting that all the pictures are with the top down, so you also can't tell how it looks once that top is up. This 1991 Acura NSX convertible has 40,533 miles on the odometer and can be yours for $49,995.
