There’s a Furry Fiat 500 Roaming Argentina
Most Fiat 500 owners choose to give their zippy Italian subcompact a wash and a wax. The owner of this shaggy Fiat may want to think about getting a shampoo and some conditioner instead. No, you’re not looking at some wildly advanced paint job, this Fiat 500 actually sports a full fur coat. The hairy 500 totes Argentinian license plates and appeared on the Argentina Auto Blog Facebook page. Can you imagine what it smells like after a heavy downpour? According to Argentina Auto Blog, the car was spotted in Buenos Aires, fresh off an appearance at the Feria Puro Diseño – an annual exposition showcasing the latest in Latin American design trends. Somehow, I’m not convinced this trend will go mainstream… that is, beyond its already popular ancestor – the Mutt Cutts van from Dumb & Dumber.
Nevertheless, there’s substantial credit due to this Fiat’s creator, because in the scheme of all things automobile, you likely won’t find a better car-animal comparison than a Fiat 500 and a peppy little puppy.
